PSYCHOTHERAPY
The psychotherapists at Rete Operativa offer individual, couple, and family treatments. The focus is on addressing emotional and psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. The therapeutic process is based on a scientific and integrated approach, supported by a multidisciplinary team including psychologists and psychiatrists.
Specialist psychotherapists (FSP), trained in systemic-family and cognitive-constructivist approaches, provide targeted treatments for individuals, couples, and families.
Psychotherapy addresses cognitive, emotional, and relational functions within the therapeutic relationship. It treats psychological distress and psychopathological disorders, as well as forms of suffering that manifest somatically, behaviorally, or relationally.
The therapeutic process fosters deeper self-awareness and understanding of one's environment, helping individuals activate personal resources to recover and strengthen their psychophysical well-being and relationships.
